For Ed Erwin
I remember when you were talking about how important the peer movement is,
And all the people who need to be there for each other.
How through our struggles, there were people who loved us through it all.
How surviving it was the most important thing we could do.
I remember how no matter what you were going through,
You always had time for a kind word and encouragement.
And even though you have left us physically, you will remain with us always, as a
guiding light and an example of what humanity and goodness is.
Thank you, Ed, for every moment you were here.
