Movin’ Out housing counselors can help qualified home owners with a family member with a disability to plan and carry out minor repairs, improvements, and accessibility modifications that improve the health and safety of the home.

Examples of minor repairs or changes can include: 

  • Roof replacement or repair

  • Furnace replacement

  • Installation of a ramp or handrails

  • Kitchen or bathroom updates that maximize accessibility
